Job Description:

The Partner & Sales Operations Specialist supports the day‑to‑day operational needs of our Partner Ecosystem, including Channel, Marketplace, and MSSP partners. This early-career role focuses on executing core operational tasks, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting partner workflows across onboarding, deal registration, marketplace operations, and partner support. You will work closely with Senior Partner Operations and Partner teams, gaining hands‑on experience with partner programs, marketplace processes, and CRM operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and looking to build a career in partner operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the partner onboarding application process, including intake, routing, documentation tracking, and ensuring completeness

  • Support Deal Registration conversions, progression, and periodic audits

  • Manage key Marketplace workflows, including private offers, bulk uploads, and incentive processes

  • Maintain Salesforce data hygiene, including Account, Contact, Lead, and Opportunity records and recurring accuracy audits

  • Manage the Partner & Impartner support alias, triaging, routing, and resolving inquiries

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–2+ years in partner operations, sales operations, or a related support role (SaaS experience preferred) 

  • Prefer experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and willingness to learn partner platforms (e.g., Impartner, Tackle) 

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured processes 

  • Clear communicator with a service‑oriented approach to supporting partners and internal teams 

Salary

  • $65,000-$80,000
