At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

Build the future of the AI Data Cloud. Join the Snowflake team.

There is only one Data Cloud. Snowflake's founders started from scratch and designed a data platform built for the cloud that is effective, affordable, and accessible to all data users. But it didn't stop there. They engineered Snowflake to power the Data Cloud, where thousands of organizations unlock the value of their data with near-unlimited scale, concurrency, and performance. This is our vision: a world with endless insights to tackle the challenges and opportunities of today and reveal the possibilities of tomorrow.

Snowflake's Partner Operations team is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to help execute the company's partner go-to-market operations across Cloud Partnerships, Technology/Product Partnerships, and Services Partners. Our goal is to expand Snowflake's addressable market and improve market penetration through our partner ecosystem via targeted partner-led motions and investments.

As Partner Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in understanding partner-led GTM routes to market, providing recommendations to improve partner & sales performance, and supporting the execution of our strategy across multiple partner types and channels.

Additionally, you will work closely with Partner Development Managers (PDMs), finance, and operations teams to implement a scalable partner strategy, working collaboratively to put in place new processes, systems and best practices to successfully execute on Snowflake's vision.

What You Bring

You love combining strategy with execution, and you roll up your sleeves to bring plans to life. You are a "full stack" player; comfortable in lead or support roles across a variety of projects and responsibilities. You have a passion for technology and the role it plays in market, industry and company change. As a builder at heart, you have an appreciation for the operational components needed in order to build a world-class software company.

In This Role You Will Get To:
  • Manage key partner-led initiatives across Cloud, Technology/Product, and Services partner routes to market (e.g., partner field incentive design/programs, Marketplace partner revenue, new logo acquisition/customer expansion programs).

  • Document and standardize processes that drive operational excellence with Partner Development Managers and the broader Snowflake organization.

  • Manage key metrics and reporting for the partner team and for cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Work with PDMs to ensure team deliverables and metrics are on schedule with deadlines and team needs.

  • Demonstrate the ability to create a narrative and supporting analysis to influence decisions and outcomes, not just report on analytics.

  • Partner with sales, marketing, finance and operations leadership to formulate and communicate overall go-to-market strategy, across sales channels, geographies and segments.

On Day One We Will Expect You To Have:
  • Bachelor degree in business, statistics, economics or other quantitative disciplines.

  • 7+ years of professional experience with a core focus in GTM strategy, planning, operations, and/or partner management.

  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

  • Understanding of core business processes in a B2B technology environment; sales, marketing, product development, customer support and success, professional services.

  • Experience identifying, evaluating and analyzing business performance while working across multiple business units to drive decisions.

  • Experience with business modeling; operational and financial analysis.

  • Advanced data analysis/manipulation tools (proficiency with SQL and Excel required).

Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data. Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
