Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Own partner channel reporting, including pipeline, bookings, revenue, commissions, and performance metrics

  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on partner channel efficiency and growth opportunities

  • Ensure data integrity and operational consistency across systems

Enablement & Documentation

  • Create and maintain partner operational documentation, playbooks, and SOPs

  • Support partner enablement efforts by ensuring processes are clear, repeatable, and easy to follow

  • Help scale partner operations as the channel grows in volume and complexity

Success Metrics

  • Accuracy and timeliness of partner deal processing

  • Partner satisfaction with operational support

  • Reduction in deal cycle time and operational friction

  • Clean, reliable partner reporting and forecasting

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting channel or partner sales models

  • Strong project management and process design skills

  • High attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

  • CRM and sales operations tooling experience (Salesforce preferred)
