About the Role

The Partner Marketing Specialist supports the execution and coordination of partner marketing initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring that partner programs, events, and campaigns are delivered efficiently, consistently, and with a high level of quality.

You will play a key role in enabling demand generation and strategic partner initiatives by managing event logistics, coordinating workflows, and supporting the execution of partner marketing programs. This is a highly collaborative, detail-oriented role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Event Logistics & Execution (Primary Responsibility)
  • Support end-to-end logistics for partner-related events, including:
    • Booth installation and dismantle
    • Shipping and inventory management
    • Vendor coordination
    • Swag and printed materials
    • Electric, internet, and booth setup
  • Manage timelines, checklists, and execution readiness
  • Support onsite execution and troubleshoot logistical issues as needed
2. Post-Event Operations
  • Support:
    • Lead list collection and formatting
    • List imports into CRM and marketing systems
    • Lead routing coordination
  • Ensure accurate and timely data flow to sales teams
3. Partner Program Execution
  • Support the execution and maintenance of partner marketing programs, including:
    • Toolkit updates
    • Co-branded assets
    • Partner marketplace initiatives
  • Ensure materials are current, accurate, and accessible
4. Growth & Maintain Account Support
  • Support partner marketing initiatives for growth and maintain-phase accounts
  • Execute:
    • Direct mail campaigns
    • Asset updates
    • Event coordination
    • Ongoing partner requests
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate with:
    • Partner demand generation
    • Background screening partner marketing
    • Strategic partner initiatives
  • Help ensure alignment across timelines, deliverables, and execution
6. Intake & Workflow Support
  • Support intake of partner marketing requests
  • Help prioritize and track work based on business impact and strategic priorities
  • Maintain visibility into project status and timelines

  • On-time delivery across all assigned initiatives
  • Effective coordination across teams and vendors
  • Continuous improvement in execution processes and efficiency
Qualifications
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in event marketing
    • Experience supporting events, vendors, and logistics
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

Salary range is 70K - 75K USD
