Partner Marketing Program Manager
Why We Have This Role
We are seeking a strategic and operationally excellent Partner Marketing Program Manager to build and scale our partner marketing capabilities globally. This role will create the infrastructure, programs, and resources that enable our partner ecosystem to market and sell Qualtrics solutions effectively. You'll develop scalable marketing programs, templated content, and turnkey campaigns that empower partners to drive demand while maintaining brand consistency and quality.
How You’ll Find Success
- Program mindset: You think in systems and frameworks, building replicable programs rather than one-off initiatives
- Partner ecosystem fluency: Deep understanding of how different partner types (SIs, resellers, hyperscalers, ISVs) go to market and what they need to succeed
- Marketing utility player: Comfortable across multiple marketing disciplines—content, campaigns, events, digital, enablement—and able to create resources that work across channels
- Strategic orchestration: Ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and ensure alignment across partner teams, regional marketing, product marketing, and sales
- Scalability focus: Natural ability to identify what can be templated, packaged, and distributed at scale versus what requires customization
- Data-informed decision making: Use performance metrics and partner feedback to continuously optimize program effectiveness and demonstrate ROI

- Align with partner operations on systems, processes, and measurement frameworks.
- Manage stakeholder alignment and resource allocation to ensure program success and timely delivery
- Measure, Optimize, and Report on Program Performance
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track program adoption, partner engagement, pipeline, and revenue impact
