We’re on a mission to secure the software supply chain—and we’re looking for a Partner Marketing Manager who’s ready to champion that mission alongside our strategic cloud partners: AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure. If you thrive in environments where transparency, collaboration, and security-first thinking are core values, this hybrid partner/field/product marketing role will put you at the heart of our go-to-market engine.

You’ll work cross-functionally (and cross-cloud) to architect and execute joint marketing initiatives that illuminate Chainguard’s differentiated approach to open source security and supply chain trust. Think agile campaign execution, high-impact storytelling, and deep partner alignment—with an open source ethos and a bias towards doing the right thing.

How you’ll strengthen the chain
  • Design and deliver co-marketing strategies with AWS, GCP, and Azure to boost awareness, accelerate customer adoption, and grow a secure pipeline.
  • Build authentic relationships with our cloud partners, marketing team, and technical alliances team to elevate joint narratives and amplify integration launches.
  • Partner with solution architects and alliances managers to shape messaging that translates technical product capabilities into meaningful stories for practitioners and decision makers.
  • Craft high-value partner assets—including solution briefs, technical deep dives, dynamic pitch decks, case studies, webinars, and thought leadership—all focused on modern software supply chain security.
  • Work hand-in-hand with sales, BDRs, product marketing, demand gen, and technical alliances to ensure our GTM positioning is tight, transparent, and aligned with our mission.
  • Orchestrate integrated campaigns across digital programs, live events, marketplace launches, and cloud partner ecosystems—always measuring impact and iterating with data-driven transparency.
  • Own and optimize the cloud partner marketing budget for maximized ROI. You’ll analyze performance rigorously and share actionable insights that keep our strategies adaptive and effective.
What you bring to the team
  • 5+ years of hands-on B2B SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or security marketing experience, with a proven track record partnering with AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Demonstrated success leading joint GTM and co-marketing campaigns with major cloud partners.
  • Experience collaborating with technical alliances, solution engineering, or cloud architecture teams to launch integrations and co-market joint solutions.
  • Masterful storytelling and positioning skills: you can distill complex technical features into compelling customer narratives that drive real outcomes.
  • Skilled content creator—whether it’s sales enablement decks, educational assets, or executive briefs—with an instinct for influence and adoption.
  • Highly collaborative, low ego, and energized by cross-functional teamwork with sales, marketing, product, and partner teams.
  • Background in cybersecurity or supply chain security is a bonus, but deep curiosity and eagerness to learn are essential.
Base Salary Range
$140,000$170,000 USD
