What You’ll Do
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Partner Manager to lead and expand our global alliance with Salesforce. This role will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with our business goals, drives revenue growth, and enhances our market presence through joint go-to-market initiatives with Salesforce. 

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the global partnership strategy with Salesforce across products, industries, and geographies. 
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships within Salesforce. 
  • Go-To-Market Execution: Drive joint GTM initiatives including co-marketing, co-selling, and solution bundling. Align with sales, marketing, and product teams to create compelling joint value propositions and sales enablement materials. 
  • Revenue & Performance Management: Own partnership performance metrics including sourced/influenced revenue, pipeline growth, and partner satisfaction. 
  • Product & Solution Alignment: Influence product and roadmap discussions to align with Salesforce’s platform evolution and customer needs. Collaborate with product and engineering teams on technical integrations and AppExchange strategies. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with legal, finance, and operations to structure partnership agreements and maintain compliance. 

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management, with at least 3+ years directly managing Salesforce relationships. 
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, AppExchange, and partner programs (ISV/OEM/SI). 
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and successful GTM execution through strategic partnerships. 
  • Excellent executive presence and relationship management skills. 
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. 
  • Strong analytical and operational skills; comfortable working with KPIs and dashboards. 
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. 

Base Salary
The compensation range for this role is $210,000 to $240,000 OTE with a 60/40 split. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
