Schoox is seeking a highly motivated, revenue-driven Channel Manager with strong OEM partnership experience and deep knowledge of the UKG ecosystem to accelerate indirect revenue growth.

This role will work with the Head of Strategic Alliances to expand the OEM UKG partnership and Schoox resellers, driving sourced and influenced revenue through joint go-to-market execution. The ideal candidate understands how to build high-performing channel relationships, activate co-selling motions, and convert joint business plans into measurable pipelines and closed revenue.

This is a go-to-market growth role with clear revenue performance expectations.

How You Will Impact Schoox?

Revenue & Pipeline Growth

  • Expand partner-sourced bookings within UKG Ready and UKG PRO.
  • Build and execute joint go-to-market plans with UKG to drive measurable pipeline growth.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities within the UKG and reseller customer bases and their expanded ecosystem.
  • Develop scalable co-sell motions with channel pre-sales and Sales to accelerate deal cycles.
  • Track performance metrics including pipeline contribution, win rates, and ARR influenced by partners.

UKG Partnership 

  • Drive integration-based value propositions that align Schoox’s learning platform with UKG’s Ready and PRO solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to position Schoox effectively within the UKG ecosystem.
  • Identify expansion opportunities to increase revenue footprint.
Go-to-Market Execution
  • Launch joint campaigns, webinars, marketplace promotions, and account-based initiatives to expand sales opportunities for UKG and other resellers.
  • Equip partners with sales enablement materials and ROI messaging tailored to UKG and reseller customers and prospects.
  • Represent Schoox at UKG and select reseller events and industry conferences.

Requirements
  • 5+ years in channel sales, partnerships, or indirect revenue roles in Enterprise and Mid-market SaaS.
  • Proven success managing and growing OEM and reseller partnerships.
  • Direct experience working with UKG solutions (UKG Pro, UKG Ready, etc.) preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving measurable partner-sourced revenue.
  • Strong understanding of HCM, HR technology, or workforce management ecosystems.
  • Executive-level relationship management and negotiation skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in learning technology, talent development, or workforce enablement platforms.
  • Familiarity with UKG Marketplace strategy and integration frameworks.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
