About the Team 

The Partner Account Management team is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key partners. They work closely with internal teams to align partner activities with company goals and provide exceptional support to our partners. The team operates at the center of a rapidly evolving revenue AI landscape, engaging deeply with leading AI, ISV, and Cloud partners to accelerate innovation and strategic growth. 
 
The Role 

The Partner Account Manager (PAM) develops relationships with partners to ensure effective execution of joint GTM with Outreach’s partner ecosystem. Depending on the type of partner, this role requires developing co-sell motion, co-marketing, managing field and seller alignment, enabling partners with playbooks and resources, and tracking revenue and opportunities. The PAM will work collaboratively with sales, marketing and product engineering organizations to manage co-development initiatives and marketplace activities. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills who can drive partner success and ensure mutual growth. 

Location: Open to remote within the United States. 

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, understanding their business needs and aligning them with our solutions. 
  • Partner Development: Identify and recruit new partners to expand the partner network, ensuring they meet the company’s standards and strategic goals. 
  • Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to promote and sell our products/services. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor partner performance, set goals, and develop strategies to improve partner sales and engagement. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to create and execute joint business plans with partners. 
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with partners, maintaining a positive and productive relationship. 
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on partner performance, sales metrics, and market feedback to senior management. 
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to provide insights and recommendations for partner strategies. 
  • Pipeline Development: Generate partner sourced pipeline and revenue by developing go-to-market strategies with partners. Work closely with partners and Outreach sales teams to identify mutual prospects, resulting in new business meetings and partner sourced pipeline. 

Our Vision of You

  • 5 plus years of experience in partner management, partnership development, account management, and/or sales within IT, technology, or software environments. 
  • Proven track record of quota achievement and driving partner-led customer engagements. 
  • Demonstrated ability to define, execute, and scale partner strategies that deliver measurable business impact. 
  • Passion for building and managing partner ecosystems, with experience engaging major AI, ISV, and Global System Integrators partners (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, OpenAI, Snowflake). 
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics. 
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools, including Salesforce (SFDC), Google Workspace, and Outreach. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. 
  • Ability to travel as needed.
