Ibotta is seeking a Part-Time Campaign Operations Associate to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This position provides a great opportunity to learn the operations side of the business and work cross-functionally with other teams to align on best practices and procedures when it comes to our campaign setup and performance.

This is a part-time, remote position available to applicants in Georgia. You must be able to attend training Monday-Friday from 9am-2pm MST. Upon completing training, you will be assigned three 8-hour shifts. 

What you will be doing:

  • Manage setup components in the Ibotta application

  • Communicate and collect cross-departmental feedback to align on best practices and procedures

  • Anticipate issues and provides alternative methods of setup or delivery

  • Stay up to date on internal system changes and updates

  • Educate impacted departments effectively

  • Identify, analyze, and help fix technical problems alongside Engineering and Product teams

  • Work closely with Analytics department to target content to unique segments of consumers

  • Identify error trends and work cross-functionally with other departments to implement procedures to mitigate errors, or build tools that will reduce Ibotta’s operational costs

What we are looking for:

  • Technical Skills: G Suite, Excel, Attention to detail

  • Eagerness to learn a variety of technical systems thoroughly and efficiently

  • Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally to mitigate and troubleshoot issues

  • Strong desire to learn and navigate internal technical systems effectively

  • Ability to adapt to changing environment – responsive when priorities change and able to pivot workflow accordingly

Schedule Information:

  • This is a fully remote role, candidates can live in Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, or Nevada

  • Work schedule will consist of up to 25 hours, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm MST

  • Applicants must be willing to work one weekend day if needed

  • Applicants must be 18 or older to be eligible for this position

  • Applicants must have access to reliable internet

Additional Details:

  • Compensation: Up to $17.00 per hour depending on location and experience
