Ericsson is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Paralegal with experience in employment law and litigation support. This role reports to the Associate General Counsel - Employment and supports the Global Employment Group within the Legal Department, providing assistance across multiple countries globally.
What you will do:
• Provide litigation support on active matters, including responding to complaints, preparing legal holds, and managing document production processes• Coordinate witness interviews, deposition preparation, and respond to third-party subpoenas• Conduct legal research and handle administrative responsibilities for the Employment Group• Manage discrete projects and collaborate with external counsel on litigation matters• Process data analytics, reporting, and invoice management while coordinating with other departments on billing and vendor requests• Partner with People teams on general inquiries and triage requests for Employment Group attorneys• Support internal training initiatives led by Employment Group attorneys• Assist with non-compete and non-solicitation matters (preferred experience)• Perform additional assignments as directed by Employment Group attorneys
The skills you bring:
• Post-secondary degree in legal or paralegal studies, OR four years of employment law work experience• Minimum of two years of experience in employment law• Analytical thinking capabilities with strong attention to detail• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally with diverse groups• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously• Capability to work effectively across time zones and in collaborative environments• Ability to work independently within defined responsibilities while maintaining strict confidentiality

The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
