The Paid Social Manager Opportunity:  

As a Paid Social Manager, you’ll be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Nextdoor. This position is essential to the daily performance and success of client accounts and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and detail-oriented environment. 

You’ll use data to drive decisions, manage budgets, and help our clients achieve measurable results through smart targeting, engaging creative, and thoughtful strategy. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Nextdoor, etc.)
  • Set up campaigns and ad groups, define audience targeting, and manage placements and budgets
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure assets are aligned with platform best practices and client goals
  • Monitor daily performance and adjust bids, targeting, and creative to improve KPIs
  • Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, engagement) and provide actionable insights
  • Generate client-facing reports and share performance results on a monthly (or as-needed) basis
  • Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and social media trends 
  • Troubleshoot delivery and tracking issues and work cross-functionally to resolve any roadblocks
  • Support the development of full-funnel strategies in coordination with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client records, budgets, IOs, Asana tickets, and email communications 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Advertising or Marketing 
  • 2-5 years hands-on experience running paid social campaigns
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager experience is a plus!
  • Must be proficient, intermediate level, with Excel, PowerPoint, Word 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in both a team environment and independently 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Able to speak, write clearly and persuasively 
  • Aptitude for learning new skills and procedures 
  • Above-average problem-solving skills and troubleshooting 
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented 
  • Strong math and analytical skills 
  • Possess a strong understanding of digital advertising and the digital media landscape
