This is a fully remote position with high visibility and real impact.
What You'll Do:
- Own the end-to-end strategy and daily execution of paid search, social, and display campaigns
- Drive WBR, MBR, and QBR performance reporting, bringing clear narrative and strategic context to leadership
- Manage a multi-million-dollar annual media budget within a seasonal education cohort model, with a focus on incremental growth
- Clear understanding and testing methodology that ties in creative, messaging, and an overall strategic framework.
- Develop and apply full-funnel contribution methodology in a subscription-based business model
- Lead agency and platform partner relationships, ensuring accountability and performance
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies that produce measurable business value
- Translate campaign data and customer insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Partner with leadership to align paid media strategy with broader Simple Nursing business objectives
- Support M&A onboarding by auditing, optimizing, or building new paid media strategies for acquired brands
What You'll Need to be Successful:
- 6–9 years of paid media experience, with agency background preferred
- Proven experience managing and developing a performance marketing team
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Hands-on proficiency across major ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Bing Ads
- Strong command of performance marketing KPIs — ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPL, and LTV in a subscription-based model business.
- Advanced analytical skills in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with AI tools (Claude preferred)
- Experience activating first-party data within ad platforms to reach ideal customer profiles
- Proficiency with Google Analytics or comparable web analytics platforms
- Clear, confident communication style with demonstrated ability to present to senior stakeholders
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities independently and cross-functionally
Colibri Group welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and experiences, and we understand that not every candidate will meet every requirement listed in the job description. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we believe that diversity of perspectives and experiences is essential to our success.
