About the role

We are seeking a data-driven Paid Media Specialist with a strong focus on Google Ads to drive growth for our clients. In this role, you’ll plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns to maximize ROI and ROAS, while leveraging paid social campaigns as a complementary channel. You’ll collaborate closely with email specialists, website developers, and the creative team to develop holistic, full-funnel strategies tailored to each client’s goals. This is a client-facing role, so excellent communication skills are essential!


What you'll do

  • Build and present custom Google Ads strategies to prospective clients.
  • Build campaign structures with high-value ad placements that focus the client’s budget on real prospects.
  • Understand audience behaviors to optimize keywords, placements, creative, and more.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize campaigns and budgets across 10+ enterprise-level clients.
  • Leverage advanced targeting to increase visibility and brand awareness in relevant audiences.
  • Own daily account monitoring and optimization.
  • Perform data analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Create detailed reports via Excel and Agency Analytics.
  • Meet with clients bi-weekly to discuss performance and next steps.
  • Lead in-depth competitor analysis, identifying strengths and gaps in market positioning.
  • Lead data interpretation, providing actionable insights for campaign improvements.
  • Work with the in-house creative team to build ad assets.
  • Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, including audience targeting, creative testing, and budget allocation.
  • Apply insights from paid social performance to complement search campaigns and drive full-funnel ROAS.
  • Stay up-to-date on Meta Ads best practices, tools, and platform updates.
  • Analyze paid social performance and generate actionable recommendations for creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3-5 years in an agency setting managing multiple google ads clients.
  • Expertise in all areas of google advertising. This includes; search, display, shopping, pmax, and video campaigns.
  • Expertise in keyword bidding strategies, budget cap management, and optimization tactics.
  • Google ads certifications in Search, Display & Shopping and GA4.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics and conversion troubleshooting.
  • Experience with full funnel account structures.
  • Experience with international campaigns.
  • Knowledgeable in Shopify and Agency Analytics.

Preferred:

  • Experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, including audience targeting, creative testing, and budget management.
  • Ability to optimize paid social campaigns to complement search efforts and maximize ROAS.
    Familiarity with Meta Ads best practices, tools, and reporting.
    Knowledgeable in Klaviyo. 
  • Knowledgeable in Paid Social.
  • Background in e-commerce.
