In this role, you will manage day-to-day campaign operations—from trafficking creative and managing vendor billing to monitoring performance metrics and optimizing live campaigns. Working closely with the rest of the Paid Audio team, our in-house analysts, and external media/ad tech partners, you will synthesize audio channel data into actionable insights, communicate cross-channel learnings, and help evaluate new opportunities for growth.

Ultimately, you will play a key role in scaling Wise’s audio presence globally and enabling our team to reach more customers whose lives can be made easier by using Wise.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Campaign Management

  • Own all operational aspects of Wise's audio advertising program, including campaign setup with media partners and ad tech vendors, trafficking creative assets, processing billing and invoicing, etc.

  • Help maintain direct day-to-day relationships with publishers, agencies, and ad tech partners.

  • Monitor campaign performance, track key KPIs and make recommendations for optimizations to hit targets.

2. Data Management & Cross-Channel Communications

  • Collaborate with our in-house marketing analyst team to surface and understand audio channel data in an accessible and actionable way.

  • Build and share monthly reporting with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Communicate with other channels across the marketing tribe to share insights and learnings to help maximize campaign performance and uncover additional testing opportunities.

3. Expansion & New Opportunities

  • Assist with scoping & sizing opportunities with new media partners, new audio platforms and new markets.

  • Think innovatively as a marketer within a rapidly growing and still maturing marketing channel.

  • Keep informed of audio industry trends and develop subject matter expertise to support the Paid Audio team’s global scaling ambitions.

Qualifications

You'll be a strong fit for this role if you:

  • Have at least 1 year of experience working in digital marketing and/or offline marketing.

  • Are a curious and quick learner, a problem solver with a strong analytical mindset, and eager to use data to improve campaign performance.

  • Are a clear communicator, with the ability to present and share information effectively with different teams.

  • Are organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Are a self-starter who thrives on autonomy.

Additional Information

Additional skills we'd value:

  • Familiarity with audio measurement and attribution platforms like Podscribe, Magellan, Claritas etc.

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Lightdash, or similar data visualization tools.

For everyone, everywhere. We're people building money without borders  — without judgement or prejudice, too. We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive.

We're proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences.
