We are looking for a Customer-Centric Marketer to drive physician outreach through strategic marketing efforts. This role focuses on using technology for marketing initiatives with key customers and partnerships. You'll work with teams to develop data-driven marketing strategies, engaging customers through various channels. A Day in the Life:
  • Plan, build, and implement outreach initiatives to engage potential partners and secure collaboration opportunities.
  • Formulate imaginative and groundbreaking approaches to propel customer-centric solutions, adjusting strategies and tactics to effectively engage target audiences.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine outreach tactics based on performance metrics and feedback to optimize effectiveness.
  • Proactively initiate and cultivate relationships with external customers, including executives, decision-makers, and influencers within potential partner organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for partners, understanding their needs and providing support to cultivate long-term relationships and mutual success.
  • Research and identify potential strategic partners aligned with our sales objectives and target market.
  • Lead partnership development efforts, including initial contact, relationship building, and negotiation of partnership terms and agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal partners to align partnership objectives with business goals and ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
Keys to Success:
  • Find opportunities for mutual collaboration and partnership alignment and work collaboratively to develop strategies that drive shared business objectives.
  • Extensive knowledge of customer preferences with a skill to pinpoint customer needs, market shifts, and apply insights to support key endeavors.
  • Engage in teamwork with a variety of departments, like sales, product, global marketing, training, and operations, to harmonize marketing initiatives with business targets and uphold unified messaging and brand recognition.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to uncover partnership opportunities and emerging market trends.
  • Develop a strategic partnership pipeline, prioritizing opportunities based on strategic fit, potential impact, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Track and measure partnership performance making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Experience:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, sales, or business development in diagnostics, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals preferred.
  • Demonstrated history of spearheading effective customer-focused projects that influence business outcomes.
  • Strong comprehension of the healthcare environment, trends, and obstacles in diagnostics is desirable.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technologies and digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience in clinician engagement preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% including occasional weekends and international travel.
  • Business-savvy with an interest in strategizing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • Customer-centric approach, crafting effective multi-channel solutions.
  • Great teammate who is adept at cross-functional collaboration.
  • Remarkable communication expertise, showcasing the capacity to foster solid relationships.
  • Proficiency in business software applications and virtual communication tools.
  • Coachable with a strive to learn and succeed.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in North Carolina is $93,800.00–$140,675.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
