Every school is unique — there are no scripts here. We value authentic conversations and relationship-based selling. You’ll serve as each school’s main point of contact from first outreach through long-term partnership, while order processing and production are handled by another member of our team.
We’re growing quickly in this market and are excited to welcome someone who enjoys prospecting, values relationship-building, and wants to make a long‑term impact.
What You’ll Do:

- Engage schools through outbound calls, emails, and warm lead follow‑up
- Understand school needs and recommend graduation solutions
- Support the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition

- 2+ years of outbound sales experience (ideally involving direct engagement with high schools and/or colleges)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent listening, organization, and time‑management skills
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and skilled at building rapport
- A natural prospector who enjoys reaching out and starting conversations
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple active opportunities
We Would Also Prefer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience working with schools, nonprofits, or education-focused clients
- Familiarity with graduation-related products (caps, gowns, diploma materials, etc.)
- Background in consultative or relationship‑based selling
- A growth mindset and comfort navigating different sales cycles
