What You’ll Be Doing

As an Outbound Phone Sales Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead and Manage: Supervise a team of up around 12-15 Outbound Phone Sales Representatives, providing daily support, coaching, and performance management.
  • Set Goals and Drive Results: Monitor individual and team performance to ensure sales targets, contact center KPIs, and customer satisfaction goals are met and exceeded.
  • Develop Talent: Provide ongoing training, coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities to empower team members and enhance their sales skills.
  • Optimize Processes: Collaborate with the Customer Success Contact Center Leadership team to refine outbound sales strategies, tools, and workflows.
  • Foster a Positive Culture: Build and maintain a collaborative, high-energy environment that aligns with Mood’s values and promotes engagement and team morale.
  • Analyze and Report: Track and report on key performance metrics, using data insights to identify opportunities for improvement and drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with other departments, including Marketing and Product, to align on customer insights and support broader company initiatives.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing a sales or customer-facing team, preferably in a remote and/or contact center environment.
  • Sales Expertise: A strong background in sales with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Coaching Skills: A passion for mentoring and developing team members to reach their full potential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with CRM tools and other contact center and sales technologies; comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
  • Adaptability: A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to pivot and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Focus: A deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
