And that's where you come in:
We are looking for an experienced Outbound Growth SDR to support our K–12 market in North America. This is a fully remote role focused on driving expansion within existing customer accounts by identifying opportunities for additional product adoption and increased customer value.
What we're looking for:
- Customer-centric curiosity: You take time to understand how customers are currently using our products, where they’re seeing success, and where we can help them do more. You ask smart questions, listen actively, and tailor your outreach to provide real value
- Growth mindset: You don’t wait for others to give you the answers — you take initiative. You’re motivated to succeed and chart your own path to impact.
- Coachability: You actively seek feedback and apply it. You’re curious, adaptable, and always learning.
- Quality-focused: You’re committed to generating high-quality conversations and pipeline opportunities that help our Sales team drive expansion within customer accounts.
- Team player: You collaborate with fellow SDRs and Sales partners, sharing insights, asking smart questions, and contributing to our collective success.
- Resilience and persistence: You navigate rejection with a positive attitude and stay motivated. You’re creative, strategic, and persistent in unlocking growth in current accounts.
- Time management: You own your calendar and focus your energy where it counts. You know how to prioritize and execute efficiently to meet your goals.
What you will need to know/have:
- Proven success as an Outbound SDR or in a similar sales development role.
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Experience using CRM systems, outbound prospecting tools, and sales engagement platforms.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets.
- High energy, positivity, and persistence.
- Strong organizational skills and time management discipline.
