Role Overview
NewRocket is establishing a Strategic Consulting delivery unit focused on Adoption, Organizational Change Management (OCM), and Value Measurement to ensure every ServiceNow deployment delivers sustained business outcomes. - 10+ years in adoption, OCM, transformation, or consulting leadership roles
- 5+ years experience with ServiceNow workflow platform
- Deep experience supporting large‑scale technology or platform transformations
- Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders (COO, CIO, business leaders)
