About BiOptimizers

At BIOptimizers, we’re building a global team of curious, capable people who care deeply about health, innovation, and doing great work together. If that sounds like you, then explore our open roles belo

About the Role

As BiOptimizers’ Social Media Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our organic social strategy — leading day-to-day channel operations, content planning, performance tracking, and platform optimization across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and beyond.

We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and culturally plugged-in marketer with at least 3 years of experience managing social for a high-growth consumer or wellness brand. You’ll own the strategy and execution that grows our community, strengthens brand visibility, and keeps BiOptimizers top of mind in the health optimization space.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Influencer, Paid Media, PR, and CX teams to ensure our channels stay active, engaging, and authentically on brand.

Why This Role Matters

Social is one of BiOptimizers’ most powerful growth engines. Your work will bring our mission — “to help humans achieve optimal health and performance” — to life through storytelling, trends, and community connection. This isn’t just a social role; it’s a chance to elevate how people experience the BiOptimizers brand online and help define the future of wellness communication.

Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day management of BiOptimizers’ social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube).

  • Build and manage strategic content calendars aligned with brand priorities, product launches, campaigns, and cultural moments.

  • Write or collaborate on platform-native social copy that reflects BiOptimizers’ tone of voice — educational, credible, and human.

  • Partner with designers, video editors, and freelance creators to brief, review, and refine content that performs.

  • Support cross-functional initiatives — including product launches, influencer campaigns, and retail activations — ensuring consistent storytelling across channels.

  • Collaborate with the Content Creator to ideate and produce trend-based and evergreen content, rooted in performance optimization, biohacking, and functional wellness.

  • Stay on top of platform trends, tools, and emerging best practices — proactively identifying new opportunities for growth and engagement.

  • Track and analyze channel and content performance, surfacing insights that guide creative direction and inform future strategy.

  • Develop and present monthly and quarterly performance reports summarizing key learnings, metrics, and growth opportunities.

  • Oversee scheduling, posting, and coordination with the Community Manager to maintain an active, engaging, and responsive presence.

  • Test new formats, features, and tools across platforms to continuously optimize our organic strategy.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager (in-house or agency), ideally for a CPG, wellness, or lifestyle brand

  • Proven success growing and managing channels like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube

  • Experience developing and managing social content calendars

  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging per platform

  • Analytical mindset — comfortable building and interpreting reports to drive optimization

  • Ability to collaborate across creative, influencer, and brand teams to align storytelling and performance goals

  • Familiarity with social tools such as Dash Hudson, Sprout, or Later for scheduling, analytics, and reporting

  • Track record of identifying and capitalizing on trends and cultural moments in a way that aligns with brand identity

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with multiple stakeholders

Nice-to-Have

  • Strong creative judgment with a pulse on visual and cultural trends

  • Experience connecting social performance to broader marketing and business KPIs

  • Knowledge of the health, fitness, or biohacking community

  • Passion for functional wellness and curiosity about human optimization

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities while staying proactive and organized
