Job Summary:
Next Generation, Inc, an Equal-Opportunity Employer, is seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Integration Developer with expertise in Fast Formulas to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle integration technologies, particularly Oracle Fusion Middleware, and extensive experience in developing and customizing Fast Formulas for Oracle ERP and HCM applications. This is hybrid role, with the on-site portion being in Alexandria, Virginia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Oracle integration solutions using Oracle Fusion Middleware, including Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Design, develop and customize Fast Formulas for various Oracle applications, such as Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Payroll, Oracle Financials, etc to meet business requirements.
- Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Middleware components to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of integration solutions.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing of developed solutions to ensure quality and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks in integration solutions
- Document technical specifications, design documents, test plans and user guides for developed solutions, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, project managers, and system administrators, to deliver integrated and cohesive solutions that meet business needs
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle integration development, with a focus on Oracle Fusion Middleware
- Extensive experience in developing and customizing Fast Formulas for Oracle applications, such as Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Payroll or Oracle Financials
- Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware components, including Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus, and Oracle Integration Cloud
- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL programming language and SQL query optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and design efficient integration solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Oracle certifications, (eg Oracle Certified Expert, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud Service) are a plus
- Experience with Oracle Cloud applications and technologies is preferred.
- Able to work a hybrid schedule
