We’re looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Platform Manager to help shape and support our transition from Oracle E‑Business Suite R12.2 to a fully integrated Oracle Cloud environment. In this role, you’ll work across applications like Field Service, Supply Chain, HCM, and EPM while driving modernization of our operating model.

You’ll have the opportunity to move our environment from manual, reactive processes to an AI‑enabled, test‑automated approach that improves availability, resilience, and quality. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring platform reliability through structured patching, coordinated testing, and AI‑driven lifecycle management, while supporting important governance and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Oracle enterprise applications roadmap across EBS R12.2, Oracle Cloud applications including Fusion Cloud ERP, Field Service, Supply Chain with Planning, HCM, EPM, OCI, integrations, data, security, and automation in alignment with enterprise objectives.
  • Support ERP modernization and cloud adoption initiatives designed to improve scalability, resilience, operational efficiency, and business agility.
  • Oversee day-to-day governance for ERP patching, quarterly Oracle Cloud patching and testing cycles, upgrades, release management, cloning, environment maintenance, deployment readiness, and change coordination.
  • Establish and maintain automated regression, functional, integration, and performance testing practices for quarterly patching, ERP patches, releases, and critical business processes.
  • Apply AI-enabled automation, intelligent impact analysis, workflow orchestration, and predictive operational capabilities to reduce manual support activities and improve platform stability.
  • Coordinate integrations across Oracle EBS R12.2, Oracle Cloud applications including Fusion Cloud ERP, Field Service, Supply Chain, HCM, EPM, Oracle Integration Cloud, and third-party SaaS platforms in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain compliance-by-design practices across ERP operations, including SOX controls, DORA operational resilience, audit evidence, access governance, and change traceability.
  • Provide practical leadership to functional analysts, technical teams, managed service providers, and business stakeholders to improve delivery quality and transition recurring activities toward automated platform-engineering practices.
Qualifications
  • Six or more years of experience supporting, managing, or delivering Oracle enterprise application platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12, Oracle Cloud applications including Fusion Cloud ERP, Field Service, Supply Chain with Demand Planning, HCM, EPM, OCI, OIC, enterprise integrations, environment management, patching, and release governance.
  • Experience supporting Oracle cloud transformation, ERP modernization, platform simplification, or enterprise application improvement initiatives.
  • Experience implementing or managing automated testing and regression testing practices for quarterly Oracle Cloud patching cycles, ERP upgrades, patches, releases, and business-critical process validation.
  • Working knowledge of AI automation, intelligent operations, impact analysis, workflow orchestration, and modern ERP support models.
  • Experience operating in regulated environments with SOX controls, DORA readiness, cybersecurity expectations, audit support, and change management discipline.
  • Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business users, technology teams, security, audit, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-on technical foundation in troubleshooting, integrations, and Oracle platform operations.

Preferred Experience

  • Oracle Cloud certifications in OCI, Fusion Cloud, enterprise architecture, or related Oracle domains.
  • Experience with Oracle reporting and extension technologies, including OTBI, VBCS, Redwood UI, and related modernization capabilities.
  • Background coordinating system integrators, managed service providers, vendor roadmaps, statements of work, and large-scale delivery commitments.
  • Exposure to compliance evidence tooling, automated release orchestration, test automation platforms, and platform observability solutions.

The annual base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $140,000.  Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
