This is a remote-first, client-facing leadership role responsible for designing and delivering scalable, high-impact financial solutions.
The Solutions Architect serves as a trusted advisor, partnering with clients, sales, and delivery teams to shape strategy, define solution architecture, and ensure successful end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Delivery Leadership
- Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials solutions aligned to client business objectives
- Guide clients through the full implementation lifecycle — from discovery and solution design through deployment and optimization
- Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with Oracle best practices
Client Advisory & Engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on financial processes and system capabilities
- Lead design workshops, requirement sessions, and executive-level discussions
- Build strong, long-term client relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and delivery excellence
Sales & Solutioning Partnership
- Partner with Sales and Solutioning teams to support pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimations, and client presentations
- Contribute to pipeline growth by identifying opportunities and shaping compelling, value-driven solutions
- Support proposal development and participate in client pursuits
Practice Development & Innovation
- Contribute to the development of industry-specific solutions, accelerators, and best practices within the Oracle Financials practice
- Continuously enhance delivery methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and client outcomes
- Stay current on Oracle Cloud innovations and bring forward-thinking solutions to clients
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Provide architectural oversight and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with design and delivery standards
- Mentor and develop consultants and functional leads across engagements
- Foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture across onshore and offshore teams
Governance & Quality Assurance
- Oversee solution quality, risk management, and adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Partner with project leadership to ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery
- Ensure proper documentation, design integrity, and compliance with internal standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with a strong focus on Financials
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Financials (Fusion)
- Deep expertise across core Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.)
- Strong understanding of financial processes and their integration with upstream/downstream systems (including SCM)
- Experience leading large-scale, complex implementations and distributed teams
- Strong client-facing presence with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
