Job Title: Oracle Cloud Engineer
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2
Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually
Experience Required: 6+ years

 Job Summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OCI, Terraform, Kubernetes (OKE), cloud networking, automation, and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments.
  • Build Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and OCI Resource Manager.
  • Configure OCI networking, IAM, security, storage, and compute services.
  • Deploy and manage Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE).
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation.
  • Implement monitoring, security, disaster recovery, and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with development, database, and infrastructure teams while mentoring junior engineers.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with strong Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform, OCI networking, compute, storage, IAM, and database services.
  • Experience with Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong Python and Bash scripting skills.
  • Knowledge of cloud security, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Professional certification.
  • Experience with Exadata Cloud or Autonomous Database.
  • Knowledge of multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and FinOps.
