Supports business leadership through the coordination and execution of strategic initiatives, customer engagements, industry events, leadership forums, and business reviews. Responsibilities
  • Monitor market developments, customer trends, competitive activities, and growth opportunities across Enterprise segments, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Drive governance and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely completion of milestones, actions, and business priorities.
  • Measure, monitor, and report key business KPIs, providing visibility into performance, risks, trends, and execution progress.
  • Coordinate industry events, leadership forums, customer engagements, business reviews, and NPI activities, ensuring effective planning, execution, and follow-up.
  • Manage action tracking and stakeholder follow-ups across strategic programs, leadership reviews, and business initiatives to drive accountability and results.
  • Develop compelling business communications, executive presentations, and internal campaigns to promote strategic priorities, market insights, and best practices across the organization.
  • Coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders to align priorities, communicate outcomes, and ensure successful delivery of commitments.
     
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; MBA considered an asset.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Strategy, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related business function.
  • Proven experience coordinating cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives, driving alignment across sales, marketing, delivery, finance, and leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage executive reviews, governance forums, action tracking, and strategic business programs from planning through execution.
  • Experience supporting customer engagements, industry events, leadership summits, business reviews, or go-to-market initiatives.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive timely execution in a matrix organization.
  • Experience developing and reporting business KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of executive presentations, business reviews, and leadership communications.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI; experience with CRM and reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high degree of ownership, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Experience working in a global technology, telecommunications, networking, or B2B enterprise environment is preferred.
