As an Ops Risk/Control Analyst within the Technology Controls team, you will coordinate across departments to implement RBAC (Role Based Access Controls) standards. You will work closely with Software Engineers, Cybersecurity, and other support groups to ensure IT Risk policies are adhered to. Your role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and security of our applications, making a real difference to the firm and wider community.
In this role, you will be responsible for applications under your control, working with various teams to ensure processes are defined and monitored. You will play a key role in communicating and implementing RBAC standards, leveraging your blend of business and technical knowledge to drive success.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage ownership of Role Based Access Control for internal clients.
- Ensure access entitlements align with functional responsibilities and segregation of duties.
- Create and update controls documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in audits representing the team.
- Review and analyze access requests; approve or deny user access based on procedures.
- Lead control-related activities, such as action plan remediation and business resiliency.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 3 or more years of experience in data security, controls, or business analysis.
- Proficiency in information security domains, including policies, risk assessments, and data protection.
- Strong organizational skills to plan and schedule resources.
- Ability to communicate policy requirements to business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and creatively achieve goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
- Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
