We are looking for two Operations Training Supervisors to join our team.  In this role, you will be part of a dedicated workforce in a global company that celebrates the skills you bring.

Our Operations Training Supervisors are responsible for working with the leadership team to improve efficiency within the department, as well as determine business strategies to improve performance and productivity. In addition, the role will provide opportunities to collaborate with multiple teams, determining process improvements, as well as ensuring a better customer experience.

  • Pay: Starting at $72,000/an (**Bonus Eligible), Paid Bi-Weekly via Direct Deposit

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday,  typically 8 AM to 5 PM

  • Location: Arden Hills, MN

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and gain consensus on operational excellence strategies for targeted teams.

  • Coach leadership in implementing operational excellence strategies and establish process steps and timings.

  • Collects and analyzes production data to identify opportunities for managers to coach more effectively or improve operational performance.

  • Work to integrate technology solutions in a sustainable efficient manner

  • Collaborate with technology partners and operations leadership to transform processes to fulfill customer needs in new creative ways

  • Create business use cases to change existing Iron Mountain Image Capture systems and reporting to better user or management workflows.

  • Own or collaborate on other strategic initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, or Process), Business, or related field. Substantive relevant experience may be substituted.

  • Digital Operations leadership experience preferred, but not required

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools (Google Slides, Microsoft Powerpoint).

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and production trends.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Growth mindset and consultative approach to partnering with internal and external teams.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Reasonably expected salary range: $79,200.00 - $105,600.00
