The Leidos AGUN Program is seeking an Operations Project Manager to directly support the Program Manager with overall program performance on a large, high-profile/priority DOD Digital Modernization contract. Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) – Increment 1 (INC1) program. The Global Enterprise Network Modernization –OCONUS (GENM-O) is a critical mission provider responsible for keeping the Army connected through global network modernization projects. The Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) - Increment 1 (INC1) will unify the next generation of Army transport to comply with the Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) divestiture mandate. A phased systematic approach is required to provide individual sites with standardized, updated technology systems to ensure the Army’s Information Technology (IT) infrastructure is equipped to provide soldiers with cutting-edge technology to ensure applications, data, and enterprise services are accessible, trusted, and interoperable across the globe. . This individual will provide oversight for multiple program focus areas.
Responsibilities include:

Provides oversight and day-to-day leadership and direction for multiple task areas and personnel supporting those task areas.

Manages project plan, schedule, and operations for program projects and task areas.

Effectively identify and report on issues or related problems and potential risks. Then, manage identified project risks.

Integrate disparate information sources and systems to track and report on key indicators of program performance.

Establish standards, procedures, and best practices for consistent, repeatable project management across all projects that meet or exceed customer objectives.

Support process improvement and innovation.

Support program reviews and briefings at all levels of the organization.

Support the staffing portfolio by communicating with subcontracting partners and managing staffing requirements.

Interact with functional leads responsible for other program areas such as asset management, finance, staffing, risk management, HR, and subcontracts.

Actively participates in integrated teams, and leads multiple tasks, projects or teams.

Deliverables support includes CDRLs, weekly and monthly project reporting and project plans.

Other duties as assigned.
Basic Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in an engineering/technical discipline from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with a minimum of 8+ years of professional experience; or 6+ years with a related Masters. Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience organizing, directing, and managing contract operation support functions involving multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks.

Experience meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items and effectively execute in accordance with approved plans.

Demonstrated experience supporting projects and experience working with competing priorities.

Demonstrated experience collaborating and coordinating across project teams and components facilitating information sharing, reuse and productivity improvements.

Experience effectively communicating at senior levels within a customer organization and meeting with stakeholders to formulate, review, and execute task plans and deliverable items.

Experience presenting briefings to senior customer management, customer stakeholders, and company management.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills and proven leadership abilities within a DOD environment.

Proven ability to multitask, along with strong organization and time management skills.

Per contract requirements, U.S. citizenship and an active DOD Secret clearance is required. In addition, you must be able to successfully obtain up to Top Secret based on requirements from the customer and program.

Pay Range:Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
