This role is for one of our clients

Compensation: $80 - $160 per hour

We are seeking experienced Operations and Program Management professionals with expertise in managing business operations, programs, projects, and cross-functional initiatives. In this role, you will leverage your professional knowledge to review, assess, and provide structured feedback on domain-specific documents and work products.

You will evaluate materials for quality, accuracy, relevance, clarity, and completeness while applying sound operational and program management judgment. This opportunity is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong analytical abilities and practical experience who are interested in contributing to high-impact evaluation projects focused on improving the quality and effectiveness of professional work.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate operations, program management, and project-related documents and work products.
  • Assess materials for accuracy, quality, relevance, clarity, completeness, and alignment with defined requirements.
  • Provide structured, objective, and well-reasoned feedback based on established guidelines and evaluation criteria.
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, errors, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Apply practical experience in operations, program management, and project execution when evaluating professional materials.
  • Analyze reports, plans, presentations, spreadsheets, process documentation, and other relevant work products.
  • Compare outputs against defined standards and maintain consistency across evaluations.
  • Follow structured instructions and project-specific guidelines carefully.
  • Document observations and recommendations clearly and concisely.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is required.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in operations, program management, project management, business operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to provide clear and structured feedback.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess complex information accurately.
  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively.
Required Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent document analysis, review, and evaluation skills.
  • Ability to interpret operational and program-related information and identify key issues or gaps.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to follow structured guidelines, evaluation frameworks, and project requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to provide consistent, evidence-based assessments and written feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in operations management, program management, project management, business operations, or process improvement.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, initiatives, or large-scale projects.
  • Familiarity with project planning, workflow management, process optimization, risk management, and performance tracking.
  • Experience reviewing business documentation, project plans, operational reports, presentations, or performance data.
  • Prior experience in quality assurance, evaluation, research, or structured analytical projects is an advantage.
Eligibility
  • Candidates must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, or Canada.
  • Strong written and professional communication skills in English are required.
Engagement Details
  • This is a fully remote, independent contractor opportunity.
  • Work can be completed according to the assigned project schedule and requirements.
  • Contributors will review and assess a range of domain-specific documents and professional work products.
  • Project duration, workload, and availability may vary based on project needs and performance.
  • Strong contributors may have opportunities to participate in additional or extended projects.
Contract and Payment Terms
  • You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
  • This is a fully remote opportunity with flexibility to complete work according to project requirements.
  • Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on business needs and performance.
  • Your work will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
  • Payments will be made weekly based on services rendered through available payment platforms, including Stripe or Wise.
