Operations & Portfolio Leader – Wind Services Product Management & Engineering
Essential Responsibilities
Lead a portfolio of complex, high impact programs that drive innovation related to servicing the fleet. Drive improved FSA and customer economics by enabled reduced failure rates, improved services efficiency, lower servicing costs, and incremental energy production.
Lead cross-functionally, including working across GE Vernova Wind, to deliver vision, engineering development and field deployment. Be accountable for ongoing development efforts, improving the portfolio and program management of the team.
Lead strategic Engineering projects and programs to support the transformation of the Wind Services business.
Serve as a domain expert and key cog to ensure that the team runs efficiently, remaining close to the Mission leaders and execution teams on all development efforts. Support the team as an expert problem solver, helping to remove hurdles for the team.
Facilitate the creation of a multi-generation strategy for all elements of the Services transformation. Build and execute a roadmap to create differentiation in product design & operations working with other product managers, the commercial team, and regional execution teams that are critical technology catchers.
Drive the buildout of the overall Services product catalog working closely with all Mission Leaders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Wind industry

Excellent leader, effective coach, and trusted mentor
Excellent communicator – able to communicate in clear, concise manner with customers, cross-functional teams and senior leaders
Demonstrated ability to influence others, drive change, and align cross-functional teams to success
Demonstrated experience managing/directing a budget and with a business case financials
Strong familiarity with the new product introduction or new technology introduction processes

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $134,000.00 and $223,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
