At our pace of growth, there's tremendous leverage in making our operations more efficient. You'll help make every team member at Keeper more efficient.
What You'll DoBilling, Contracting, and Collections: You'll manage the contracting, billing, and collections process, making sure we get paid from every customer.
Compliance: You will respond to notices from government entities and help us stay in compliance with our SOC 2 obligations.
Automations: You'll write automations in tools like Zapier, Hightouch, Retool, and Salesforce to connect our business systems together.
Business Intelligence: You'll write reports to give individuals the data they need to do their jobs effectively.
Standard Operating Procedures: You'll write and maintain SOPs for how to use our internal tooling.
Admin: You will be the do-er of last resort, handling the unsexy but necessary work to keep Keeper running, like onboarding new hires and helping customers import their data into the product.
You have a passion for process improvement, documentation, and increasing operational efficiencies.
You know SQL and how to use tools like Zapier, or have an interest in learning them.
Accounting / finance experience is preferred; interest in learning the space is required
