What You'll Do

Epic Games is looking for an Operations Manager to support the Marketing and Publishing organization. You will help streamline publishing infrastructure by improving how the work flows across budgets, contracts, vendors, and internal tools. You will build systems and processes that give teams visibility, clarity, and the time to focus on high-impact marketing and publishing work. This role focuses on simplifying workflows, removing roadblocks, and ensuring our operational foundation scales effectively as we grow.

In this role, you will
  • Streamline marketing operations and publishing infrastructure by managing budgets, contracts, vendors, RFPs, and tooling (ie: Coupa, JIRA, Airtable)
  • Create and maintain processes that improve visibility, coordination, and efficiency so cross-functional marketing teams can work with greater clarity and speed 
  • Own key operational tools and dashboards to ensure data accuracy that help the team make informed decisions 
  • Facilitate planning sessions and strategy workshops to align priorities, track outcomes, and maintain momentum on initiatives 
  • Develop scalable frameworks and SLAs that define how work moves through the system and help teams operate smoothly as we scale
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, production, or project management, ideally within marketing organizations
  • Proven ability to design and optimize processes with strong attention to detail using tools like JIRA, Coupa, and Airtable
  • Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships across multiple teams 
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to drive alignment and clarity across teams
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to translate workflows and data into actionable improvements
  • A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows when to build structure vs when to adapt
