The Operations Data Assurance Analyst will manage internal projects, ensure the integrity of financial data, and perform reconciliations. Responsibilities include analyzing charges and collaborating with finance and risk teams.
What’s the opportunity?
We are looking for a candidate to join our Operations Data Assurance team, with strong analytical skills and energy. This role will be responsible for assisting in the development of new processes and controls within the team, while contributing to the company’s success by ensuring efficient workflows to support its global operations.
What will I be doing?
- Participate in different internal projects across the Operations and Finance teams, working closely with our Product and Technology teams.
- Treasury Management System project: develop the necessary controls to ensure the integrity of bank statements. Responsible for reviewing bank information received, contacting the bank partners to
- resolve differences.
- Daily reconciliation project: monitoring of daily transactional reconciliations done by the Finance team. Generate specific reports for stakeholders to escalate issues identified in internal reconciliations, referring to operational differences that need further action with third parties.
- Analysis of additional charges from acquires referring to fines.
- Validate the accuracy of extra charges and follow up with the acquirers in case of discrepancies.
- Credit Risk: Work with our Risk Team and Operations Team to ensure the accuracy of write-offs, correct calculations and backup.
- Ensure the quality of information regarding processing costs and other fees charged by third parties. Work across Operational teams to validate the accuracy of information uploaded on our internal tools
What skills do I need?
- Bachelor’s degree in finance and project management.
- 5+ years of experience in multinational and/or payments companies.
- Fluent English.
- Well-organized, analytical skills, ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-tasking. AI knowledge is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated, and confident.
