Job Responsibilities:• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field• Minimum 2 years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL• Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MES platforms• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques• Experience with scripting languages like Python or R is a plus• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail• Effective communicator with the ability to present complex data insights to cross-functional teams
