Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and motivated Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with team coordination to ensure high safety and productivity standards. This position is designed for an individual ready to develop the leadership skills necessary for a future Supervisor role

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:  

  • Support Operational Leadership: Assist in leading day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met and daily tasks are completed efficiently.  

  • Drive Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to streamline workflows and achieve collective performance targets.  

  • Maintain Standard Excellence: Ensure full compliance with organizational safety standards, security policies, and industry regulations to protect customer data and assets

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:  

  • 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, specifically within a coordinator or lead hand capacity.  

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for high-volume facilities.  

  • Proven ability in problem-solving and team communication, with a demonstrated desire to undergo training for future leadership responsibilities.  

  • Education/Certification: High School Diploma is required; industry-standard certifications (e.g., Forklift, OSHA) are highly preferred.
