Who We’re Looking For
This role executes on essential behind-the-scenes functions of operations, with a focus on employee travel and conference logistics, and will also assist with legal contracts, RFPs, compliance, IT, and office and administrative support. Through the varied work, you’ll collaborate with teams across the company. At its core, the Operations Team functions as the glue of the company, ensuring that every team member across the country is fully supported by the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and operations for conferences and events, including registrations, travel bookings, sponsorships, AV equipment, shipments, and event management.
- Provide live support and resolve conference logistics issues in real-time as needed.
- Book restaurants and review contract terms and menu selections to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare shipping labels and confirm shipment tracking and status.
- Manage Goalbook’s travel platform, review and approve out-of-policy requests, reconcile travel expenses, and assist with resolving travel-related issues for team members.
- Review incoming customer and vendor-related legal contracts.- Navigate state and local compliance requirements and assist with completing necessary forms.
- Provide onboarding and IT support to team members.
- Limited travel in this role is required, including for onboarding, professional development, and team events.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years operations experience in a startup environment
- Highly organized - you desire to create order and consistency
- Detail oriented - you catch the small stuff and read the fine print
- Skilled in writing clearly and succinctly
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a doer - this is an extremely hands-on role
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
