We are looking for an Operations Anaylst Junior to join our team in Argentina.

This role is ideal for someone who is starting their professional career but already has some work experience, organizational skills, and interest in operations processes, administration, and automation.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with internal operations and administrative processes.
  • Support invoicing, collections follow-ups, and accounting-related tasks.
  • Keep internal tools, files, contracts, vendor invoices, and reports updated.
  • Assist with HubSpot updates, lead follow-ups, and pipeline organization.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
  • Help organize workflows in tools such as Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Zapier, WorkFlowMax, SignRequest, and HubSpot.
  • Assist with recurring communications, reminders, and workflow automations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and team efficiency.
  • Preparation of Taxes paperwork.
  • Team hours follow up workflow.


Requirements
  • Advanced or bilingual English level.
  • Student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Digital Business, or a related field.
  • Some previous work experience, internship, or freelance experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using digital tools such as Google Workspace, Excel / Google Sheets, AI tools, and Notion.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow processes carefully.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
