The OCP squad is a small group of engineers focused on platform engineering and supporting applications on the OpenShift Kubernetes Platform. This role is a augmenting the growing squad and will be focused on deploying, managing and maintaining clusters that run OpenShift.

What You Will Do:
- Responsibilities include creation, management and maintenance current and new OCP clusters.
- Work with Customers and their applications for Incident and Problem management associated with running the applications on the clusters.
- Troubleshot issues associated with the clusters including any networking or performance issues
- Work in an Agile Environment as part of the squad and participate in Agile ceremonies and activities.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4-5 years' experience working with OpenShift platform including Linux Servers/Virtual Machines focused on platform engineering
- RedHat OCP, Kubernetes, Ansible Automation, Linux Administration, VMWare VSphere, CI/CD Tools like Gitlab, Shell and Bash Scripting, GitOps and tools like ArgoCD.
- Knowledge of Prometheus, Dynatrace and other observability tools along with familiarity with Redhat Technologies and upgrade paths.

- The national hiring range is $130,000 - 165,000 annually.
- For candidates located near other National IT locations, outside of Richmond, VA, the listed hiring and salary ranges may be adjusted based on your geographic location.
