Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Account Managers and Business Development Representatives.
- Set weekly/monthly KPIs and coach the team to exceed targets (calls, appointments, partner sign-ups, revenue contribution).
- Provide ongoing training, ride-alongs, and development to build a high-performance sales culture.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success teams.
Sales & Business Development
- Lead by example with active prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship building.
- Drive partner acquisition in the HVAC, roofing, windows, siding, and solar markets.
- Manage the full sales cycle for strategic accounts — from lead generation through contract execution.
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies that deliver measurable results.
Marketing & Lead Generation Support
- Oversee outbound marketing campaigns in the region (email, events, social outreach).
- Provide feedback on messaging, collateral, and dealer-facing promotions.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
Performance Management
- Track team performance against KPIs using CRM and reporting tools.
- Deliver monthly/quarterly performance updates to senior leadership.
- Recommend process improvements and new initiatives to accelerate growth.
What We’re Looking For
Experience / Skills
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in consumer finance, home improvement, or adjacent industries.
- Familiarity with the Canadian home improvement contractor/dealer landscape is highly preferred.
- Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing and scaling inside/outside sales teams.
- Expertise in cold calling, appointment setting, and sales process management.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Data-driven approach to coaching and decision-making.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in a regional or senior sales management role.
- Experience leading inside and/or outside sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian home improvement marketplace.
