What You Will Do:
Implementation & Integration
- Oversee OneStream implementation projects from planning to go-live
- Integrate OneStream with EDW, Snowflake systems and other enterprise applications
- Ensure data accuracy, performance, and security across platforms
- Architect end-to-end OneStream solutions aligned with business goals
- Define technical standards and best practices for OneStream implementations
- Lead the design of data models, workflows, dashboards, and reports
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with finance, Caterpillar IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions
- Provide strategic input on financial transformation initiatives
Governance & Support:
- Establish governance frameworks for OneStream usage and maintenance
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Consolidations, management reporting and XPA functions that will provide overall systems governance
- Work with business partners to standardize, simplify, and optimize total cost of ownership.
- Drive the future strategy for the global OneStream. Governs new requirements for changes in processes and technology.
- OneStream related functions through Applications development and deployment
- Own OneStream Applications, and overall health of the application portfolio, user licenses
- Liaison between technology and process teams and the various business process owners, representing the Process Owners during financial systems design/re-design activities.
- Definition of internal control requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) control documentation.
What You Will Have:
- Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
- Architecture Modeling: Knowledge of Architecture Modeling; ability to develop and modify enterprise architecture through conceptual, logical and physical approaches.
- Information Security Technologies: Knowledge of technologies and technology-based solutions dealing with information security issues; ability to protect information security across the organization using encryption technologies and appropriate security software.
- System and Technology Integration: Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases and technology platforms.
Top Candidates Will Have:
- 10+ years of relevant job experience in Accounting/Financial systems function
- 2+ years of OneStream implementation experience
- Experience in finance transformation, XPA, FP&A, or financial reporting.
- 4-year degree in Accounting or Business degree
- Professional Certification (CPA, CMA or equivalent) / MBA or Masters Degree in Accounting (or equivalent)
- OneStream Certification - OneStream Certified Professional or OneStream certified Associate - Admin

- This position can be in Irving, TX - East Peoria, IL - Nashville, TN
- This role is a full time position and currently requires 5 days a week in office
