Job Description

EisnerAmper is seeking a full-time Office Services Coordinator to oversee daily office operations and workplace services to ensure an efficient, welcoming, and well-functioning office environment. This role coordinates office services, vendors, events, internal communications, and employee experience initiatives while partnering with internal stakeholders to support business needs and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations, including supplies, facilities maintenance and repairs, shipping/receiving, and serve as back-up for the front desk.

  • Oversee vendor relationships and service providers, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and budget alignment

  • Plan and execute office events and employee engagement initiatives including budgeting, planning, organizing, analysis and follow-up

  • Draft and submit for approval, clear, professional internal communications regarding events and facilities issues

  • Create surveys using Microsoft Forms; track participation and summarize results

  • Support office space planning, aesthetics, and enhancements aligned with company culture and brand standards

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes

Basic Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or GED is required

  • 3+ years of experience in office operations, office services, or workplace experience

  • Proven experience managing events and operational logistics

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams

Preferred candidates also have:
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Event planning experience with high attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of discretion, empathy, and professionalism

  • Vendor and stakeholder management experience

  • Process improvement mindset

  • Proficiency in Excel and operational reporting

  • Commitment to inclusive and accessible workplace planning

  • Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, Excel
