As our Office Coordinator, you will join a well-funded, fast-growing technology startup with the unique opportunity to help build and grow our team. The primary responsibility is to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the office by managing administrative tasks, supporting the team, and maintaining a productive work environment. This role involves coordinating office activities, managing supplies, and serving as the first point of contact for employees and visitors. We are looking for someone who works hard, demonstrates strong communication skills, and is willing to go above and beyond to help our team.

This role is in office and based in Raleigh, NC. This is not a remote role.

What you’ll do:

  • Office Management: Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory. Ensure the office is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing workstations and coordinating orientation.Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed. Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner. Address and resolve office-related issues or concerns promptly. Support the HR department with recruitment and other administrative tasks.
