Summary:
Under moderate supervision of the Manager, responsible for supporting all technical needs in the division and remote locations. Technical support includes and is defined by tasks related to personal computer systems and peripherals, video systems, telephone systems, network servers and internal wiring.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs handheld hardware and software
  • Documents, upgrades or replaces handheld hardware and software systems
  • Assists users with questions and problems and works on simple applications
  • Installs software and troubleshoots hardware, software and networking problems
  • Maintains an adequate spare parts inventory of systems and component parts used in repair work and replacements
  • Tracks all hardware accurately, conducts inventory of all hardware and accessories, enters detailed notes and comments in all tracking and ticket systems
  • Performs related duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Requires some training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Normally requires two (2) to four (4) years directly related and progressively responsible experience
  • Knowledge of operating systems related to personal computer systems and peripherals, video systems, telephone systems, network servers and internal wiring
  • Strong computer skills in order to operate effectively with company systems and programs
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize work load and consistently meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail

Salary Range*
$50,200 - 71,940
*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
