Position Overview
The Office Assistant will provide vital support for office management, including data entry, scheduling, and document organization. The role ensures the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, email management, and handling phone calls.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and files in both physical and digital formats.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as requested.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage meetings and appointments for teams and leadership.
  • Resource Management: Order supplies and coordinate inventory when needed.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of office administration experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based file management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $21+ per hour (depending on experience).
