We are seeking an OEM Partner Manager to lead VAST’s OEM business development and partner growth strategy. This role is responsible for both creating new OEM partnerships and expanding revenue with existing partners. The ideal candidate has experience with complex OEM sales cycles, building executive-level relationships, and driving joint go-to-market initiatives that deliver measurable revenue impact.

THE ROLE

  • Identify, engage, and negotiate new OEM partnership opportunities.
  • Own and grow revenue with existing OEM partners through joint sales and go-to-market programs.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with OEM executives, product teams, and sales leadership.
  • Structure OEM agreements in collaboration with Legal, Product, and Finance teams.
  • Align internal resources (Sales, Systems Engineering, Product Management) to support OEM success.
  • Track OEM pipeline, forecast accurately, and report against revenue and growth targets.
  • Represent VAST at OEM partner events, executive briefings, and joint customer engagements.
  • Act as the voice of the OEM partner within VAST, influencing product direction and joint strategy.

Requirements
  • 7+ years in enterprise technology sales, with at least 3+ years in OEM, alliances, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven success in both building new OEM partnerships and growing existing ones.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, storage, cloud, or data management.
  • Experience navigating long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience structuring OEM agreements.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Highly self-driven, entrepreneurial, and effective in fast-paced growth environments.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
