About the Role:
This role will play a critical role in managing and maximizing efficient workspace utilization across CrowdStrike’s global portfolio. The primary focus of this role is to provide strategic space and occupancy planning expertise in support of long-term planning, real estate strategy, workplace design, space analysis, and space efficiency within the real estate portfolio. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to scale and shape CrowdStrike’s workspace environment while working collaboratively with stakeholders from across the company. The position reports to the Director of Real Estate.   

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, validate, and forecast organizational workspace needs, including utilization, headcount growth, specialized requirements, and department allocations at both business unit and employee levels.

  • Liaise with leadership to ensure their business allocation, adjacency and programming needs are met, while validating business requirements against data trends.

  • Develop occupancy analysis reporting to effectively communicate occupancy ratios, headcount projections, and workplace conditions to support operational efficiency and design.

  • Design and present strategic move scenarios, stack and block plans, and MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes) strategies, delivering executive-level documentation for review and approval.

  • Manage and enhance the GREWS Utilization dashboard in Tableau, including dashboard design, data integration with IT, stakeholder reporting, and user training/support.

  • Develop and document processes related to space planning and occupancy management.

  • Manage existing space configurations, seating plans and employee department information. Oversee regional physical and occupancy audits to ensure data integrity and physical space documentation, which includes drawing updates in CAD as needed.

What You’ll Need:

  • BS/BA degree (or equivalent work experience) in Architecture, Interior Architecture or Space Planning

  • 5+ years work experience in workplace strategy, occupancy and space planning

  • Knowledge of CAFM Systems, Tableau and AutoCAD

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets including advanced data manipulation and analysis skills with the ability to effectively interpret and present data insights

  • Strong proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings, concepts, and design

  • Strong knowledge of space management, planning and analysis concepts, and space management systems functionality 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including an ability to communicate at all levels of the organization

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $86,000 - $135,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
