Our client is seeking an experienced OASIS Proposal Operations Manager to lead proposal operations for the OASIS program. This role manages day-to-day proposal development activities and ensures all Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly operational objectives are met. The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on experience with OASIS RFP management and OASIS proposal response development for federal prime contractors.
ResponsibilitiesProposal ManagementCreate proposals within the Proposal Management System and publish to Teaming Partners.
Create proposal positions in the Recruiting Management System and publish to the Recruiting Team.
Develop proposal responses in the Proposal Management System and route to the Proposal Review Team.
Submit approved proposal responses to the Government POC.
Conduct follow-up with the Government POC to confirm proposal award status and successful offeror.
Supervise and manage a team of five (5) Proposal Writers to ensure timely and compliant deliverables.
Candidates must meet all of the following minimum experience thresholds:
5 years supporting a Federal Prime Contractor Small Business on OASIS-SB or OASIS-Plus programs.
5 years supporting a Federal Prime Contractor SDVOSB on OASIS-SB or OASIS-Plus programs.
5 years Proposal Management experience specific to OASIS-SB or OASIS-Plus.
5 years Proposal Response Management experience specific to OASIS-SB or OASIS-Plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a Scientific, Mathematics, Engineering, Biology, Medical, or related discipline.
Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance required.
Military Veteran (Former Military Officer) — preferred.
