If you're interested in financial markets and excited by the prospect of having real impact in a fast-paced environment where everyone is inspired to be their best, we're excited to meet you.

Through structured learning, mentorship, networking and engagement with senior leaders, high-performing engineers position themselves to embrace challenges, build impactful solutions, maximize their talents and build extraordinary careers.
YOUR OPPORTUNITY:

  • Design, develop, and deploy elegant software solutions across the firm

  • Receive structured learning on technical and quantitative skills
  • Develop under the direct sponsorship of our firm's CTO and engage with other C-level leadership

YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS:

  • Highly proficient programing skills in at least one of the following: Java, C++, Python
  • Proven track record in software design and development
  • Excellent analysis / problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a demanding and dynamic environment
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM discipline

In accordance with applicable law, the base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $300,000.
In addition, the employee who fills this role will be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive compensation program,
