The Opportunity

Are you ready to take on a new challenge in an exciting, high-tech environment? Join Hitachi Energy as an NX Product Support Specialist! In this role, you'll support and train users in NX and Teamcenter, provide essential documentation and training materials, and be involved in projects and system upgrades. You'll develop and maintain work processes, ensuring our global team operates smoothly and efficiently. How You'll Make an Impact

  • Support our global NX and Teamcenter users.

  • Create and maintain application documentation, guidelines, and training materials.

  • Manage and support our 3D standard libraries in the NX Reuse Library.

  • Handle user license and access management, solving and managing support issues continuously.

  • Train and support our global users and power users.

  • Report and collaborate with 3rd line support (Application Suppliers, ISIT, etc.).

  • Participate in arranging user and power user meetings.

  • Uphold Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity.

Your Background

  • 5 or more years of experience working with NX desired.

  • Deep knowledge of NX-application modeling, assemblies, and drafting.

  • Skills in NX functionality Part Family and Reuse Library, with good knowledge of Teamcenter.

  • Knowledge of HVDC design and engineering is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.

  • High level of integrity and dependability, with the ability to handle diverse personalities in a multicultural environment.

  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
